Rep. Steven Horsford, a U.S. Congress member representing Nevada’s 4th district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing several issues and public figures. Horsford, who has been in office since 2019, uses his platform to comment on economic and political matters affecting both his constituents and the broader American public.

On March 31, 2025, Horsford addressed housing issues in Nevada, attributing them to the activities of hedge funds. "Wall Street-backed hedge funds are buying up homes, pricing out Nevadans, and making homeownership impossible. Even renters face price gouging, while neighborhoods suffer declining value and instability. My research shows these predatory practices are harming communities."

On April 1, 2025, Horsford expressed support for New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, who was engaged in a lengthy Senate floor speech. Horsford highlighted the significance of Booker's stand against political issues of the time. "New Jersey Senator @corybooker about to break history with a 24-hour floor speech fighting back against Trump and DOGE. I got to listen at the 15-hour mark and will be standing with him and the people as he breaks the 24-hour mark. Go Cory Go!"

On April 2, 2025, Horsford celebrated Booker's achievement in setting a new filibuster record. He commended Booker for his resilience in the face of political challenges from Republican counterparts. "I just stood alongside my friend @CoryBooker and witnessed history as he broke the record for the longest filibuster ever by a U.S. senator. Thank you, Cory, for standing strong, pushing back against the Republican agenda, and fighting for every American. Go Cory!"
