School-aged children in the city of North Las Vegas will have an incentive to read now that the city has announced a partnership with In-N-Out Burger to inspire reading.

The collaboration will provide children from the ages of 4 to 14-years of age a free burger for every five books they read until April 5, for up to three burgers, according to KTNV. Interested children having the ability to sign up at any of the city’s libraries, log the books they have read and select a "Cover to Cover Achievement" in order to get their coupon for a free meal.

"The City of North Las Vegas is partnering with In-N-Out Burger to encourage school-aged children to read," the city recently tweeted. "For every five books a child reads, they will receive a ‘Cover to Cover Achievement’ award from In-N-Out. It is good for one free burger."

The city’s library district has three locations: Alexander Library at 1755 W. Alexander Road, Aliante Library at 2400 W. Deer Springs Way and City Hall Library at 2250 Las Vegas Blvd.

“In our city of many neighborhoods, we are the people and places that provide the educational resources to support students, grow careers and enrich lives,” the city of North Las Vegas said in a release. “For more information, call 702-839-2980 or visit www.nlvld.org.”
