Steven Horsford, a U.S. Congressman representing Nevada's 4th district, has recently shared his views on social media regarding various political and economic issues. Through a series of tweets, he addressed topics such as rising costs and Social Security concerns while inviting constituents to participate in a town hall meeting.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Steven Horsford criticized former President Donald Trump for failing to fulfill promises related to cost reduction. In his tweet, "Donald Trump claims he’ll lower costs, but his actions say otherwise. Egg prices are up, gas is up—he promised to ease the burden on Americans, yet he hasn’t kept his word." He also encouraged participation in an upcoming town hall meeting to discuss these issues further.

Later that day, Horsford directed comments toward Elon Musk concerning Social Security. In another tweet from March 5, 2025, he stated "Elon Musk needs to keep his hands off Social Security. If he has a problem, then he can call me. 140,000 people in NV-04 rely on their Social Security benefits. If he’s coming for them, he’s going to have to go through me."

On March 6, 2025, Horsford reminded constituents about the timing of his town hall event with a tweet saying "My town hall will be starting at 5:30PT/8:30 EST. Can’t wait to see you there." The congressman aims to engage directly with residents of Nevada's 4th district on pressing matters.
