Rep. Steven Horsford, representing Nevada's 4th district in the United States Congress, recently engaged with his followers on social media, addressing various issues through a series of tweets. Horsford, an incumbent since 2019, and a former member of the Nevada Senate from 2009 to 2013, spoke out on topics including health, taxes, and economic challenges impacting working families.

On April 7, 2025, Rep. Horsford shared his thoughts on World Health Day, emphasizing the importance of health, with the statement: "Health is wealth–today and every day. #WorldHealthDay."

Later the same day, Horsford provided advice on financial management as the tax season commenced. His post advised constituents to exercise due diligence by preparing their tax returns early. He wrote: "Tax season is here. File early, double-check everything, and don’t forget your deductions. Your future self will thank you."

On the following day, April 8, 2025, the Congressman raised concerns about the economic strains on working families in Nevada. He articulated how rising housing costs and tariffs were adding financial pressure. Through his social media platform, he expressed: "This morning, I joined the @dadscaucus to speak on the crisis working families are facing. In Nevada, housing costs are skyrocketing and Trump’s tariffs are making everything from food to building materials even more expensive. Families can’t wait. We need better now."
