On April 3, 2025, Rep. Horsford announced his participation in an MSNBC show, stating, "I’ll be joining @kwelkernbc on @MSNBC’s @MeetThePress today at 1PM PST to discuss Trump’s tax on the American people, threats to Social Security, and Elon Musk’s growing role in our government."
Celebrating local achievements, Rep. Horsford congratulated Tacotarian as they were recognized as "Small Business Persons of the Year for 2025 for NV" on April 4, 2025. Rep. Horsford has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2019 after taking over from Ruben Kihuen. Born in Las Vegas in 1973, he is also an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Reno, and previously served in the Nevada Senate.
