On January 22, 2025, Rep. Horsford announced the reintroduction of his APEX Act. He stated: "I’m reintroducing my APEX Act to help North Las Vegas make critical investments without extra hurdles from Washington. My bill will drive job creation, diversify our economy, and boost growth across Nevada – it’s commons sense, so let’s get this done."
