We are beyond excited to announce our second melodrama "Drama at the Diner or How the Rebel Found His Cause" will run October 8 through 23, 2021 with performances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Further details including information on ticket sales will be available next month.
Actors (experienced, aspiring, and otherwise), please note:
Auditions for "Drama at the Diner..." will be on August 17th & 18th, 2021. Auditions begin at 6:00 p.m. at Mesquite Community Theatre, 150 North Yucca Street. Our melodrama was in rehearsal last year when we had to shut down due to Covid-19 restrictions. Life goes on and some of the people that were cast have moved away or for whatever reason are no longer available to continue in their role. We will be re-casting most of the roles. Please be prepared to sing for the panel. We will have copies of the script available for you.
IMPORTANT: Everyone auditioning for a role in Drama at the Diner will be required to show proof of current and complete Covid 19 vaccinations.
