In an effort to support our students and meet their academic needs, Cheyenne High School will offer a Summer Acceleration program and an Evening Credit Retrieval.
Dear Parent/Guardian,
In an effort to support our students and meet their academic needs, Cheyenne High School will offer a Summer Acceleration program and an Evening Credit Retrieval.
The Summer Acceleration Program will offer the following activities free of charge: credit retrieval, non-credit bearing elective enrichment activities, and non-credit bearing social emotional activities. The Summer Acceleration program will run June 1st through June 30th and it will require students to attend in person from 7:00am to 1:11pm. Students who participate in this program must adhere to all CCSD regulations and the attendance requirements.
In addition to the Summer Acceleration Program, Cheyenne H.S. will also offer a free of charge Evening Credit Retrieval for students who need additional time to complete courses or students whose work schedules don't allow them to attend the Summer Acceleration Program (available time slots are listed below). This program will be completely virtual and it will require students to have access to WIFI and a device. This program will run June 1st through June 25th and space is limited.
Please complete the Cheyenne High School Summer Acceleration-Student Enrollment form by Tuesday, May 18th by 3pm if you are interested in enrolling your student in one or both of these summer learning opportunities.
