Rep. Steven Horsford, a U.S. Congressman representing Nevada’s 4th district since 2019, posted a series of tweets on November 18 and 19, 2025, raising questions about presidential accountability and highlighting his recent recognition for promoting good governance.
On November 18, Horsford wrote: “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. The American people deserve to know precisely how exactly the President was involved. What changed?”
On November 19, Horsford shared news of an award: “I’m honored to be receiving the Advancing Good Governance Award tonight from @CenterForwardUS. The award recognized leaders who prioritize transparency, bipartisan problem-solving, and real accountability in government. Grateful for this recognition of our work bringing people”
Steven Horsford has represented Nevada’s 4th District in Congress since replacing Ruben Kihuen in 2019 and previously served in the Nevada Senate from 2009 to 2013. Born in Las Vegas in 1973, Horsford continues to reside there and earned his BA from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2014.
