On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Legacy High School standout Griffin Binkley’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, won 18-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Sul Ross State Lobos.

The game took place at Kokernot Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 4 p.m. at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse against Oklahoma Christian Eagles.
