On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Legacy High School standout Griffin Binkley’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, lost 15-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UT Tyler Patriots.

The game took place at Hays Field and City Bank Clubhouse. This was their fourth matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. at Kokernot Field against Sul Ross State Lobos.
