Of the 6,708 people living in Moapa Valley in 2020, 52.8 percent (3,542) were women and 47.2 percent (3,166) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Vegas Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 231. In the 65 and over age range, there were 657 females and 485 males.
